— Bring In the Light with SOL
Coaching
SOL is much more than “life coaching”
We prefer the term “Presence Coaching”
Our goal is to help everyone we coach meet life’s challenges in reality and acceptance.
Your story is valuable — and it is yours to embrace and share. We support you in continuing to create your story
with greater mental and emotional awareness, less stress, increased motivation, and more joy and compassion.
As you trust in the process, breakdowns can lead to your greatest breakthroughs.
Those we coach come from all stages of life and many different professions. The common thread is that many of our clients are interested in looking at their current circumstances in a new light. They are willing to expand their self-awareness so they may continue cultivating the outcomes and relationships they desire in their professional and personal lives.
We encourage our clients to connect first with themselves so they can connect more deeply with others and with the world. True connection reveals what is important to us and provides a roadmap to navigate the mindsets and practices that enable us to thrive on all levels.
We believe our clients are creative, resourceful, whole, and already have their own best answers inside of them. We listen deeply, ask reflective questions, and use powerful frameworks (presence coaching, co-active coaching, positive intelligence, and radical self-compassion to name a few) to help our clients explore the values, perceptions and motivations guiding their choices. We provide a sounding board and support our clients in adopting the tools that best help them to move forward. We are also firm believers in what we call “the power of the pause:” the golden space between action and response, plus the permission to be still and rest.
Our clients include:
- Caregivers and health providers
- Parents and family of people with disabilities, including siblings
- Those going through life changes
- Small business and non-profit executives
- Philanthropists and philanthropy professionals
- Parents wanting to strengthen their relationships with their adolescent and adult children
- Those seeking to connect with their authentic voice
- Those experiencing burnout
